HOW TO OVERCOME SICKNESS AND LIVED A HEALTHY AND LONG LIFE
Sickness is one of the common disease s that takes peoples life without invitation.
Both the young and the old were killed by various disease of all kinds such as malaria,hypertension,tuberculosis,diarhear,small pox,headache,asthma,leprosy,fever ,,chlorera and many more.
To live a healthy and long life you need to overcome this sickness and other agents that brings such sick ness.
Now let us look at various ways in which you take to overcome sickness and diseases
1 EATING GOOD AND BALANCE DIET-When you eat good and balance diet you can have control over sickness and disease and totally eliminate them from your life
Bad food intake exposed us to danger of sickness and diseases.
2 GOOD HYGIENE AND SANITATION PRACTICE-If you must overcome sickness and diseases you must maintain high level of good hygiene and environmental sanitations,both at home and areas you lived,make sure that every where is neat and decent and clean so that disease vectors do not have a hiding place.such as mosquitoes and flies.
3 DOING EXERCISE-For you to overcome sickness and lived a successful life you must do some exercise to make you lived healthy.Exercise helps to burn fats and helps to lose weight fast.
It helps in blood circulations and burning excessive fats in the body.
4 ASSOCIATION-A Reaseach shown that a lots of people died because of isolation in which they do not associate themselves with people instead they stay away from people without sharing the problems with people.for you to lived a long and healthy life please try to associate with people.
5 SHARE YOUR PROBLEMS WITH PEOPLE-If you must live long and enjoy good health you must share your health problems with people because a problem share is half solved but when you keep it secrets withot telling peopleit will kill you
One philosopher said that this is what sickness told his victims one day that if you want to live expose me and I will leave you but if you want to die hide me.
Therefore if you do not want to die young,expose any sickness and diseases that comes your way,do not hide it for it may be dangerous.
6 AVOID DANGEROUS PRACTICE-Avoid dangerous bad habits such as excessive smoking and drugs addiction because smokers are liable to die young
Most disease gotten from smokings are lung cancers,tuberculosis,heart attack,hypertension,and lots more that can cut your life short,therefore try to avoids this and you will lived along and healthy life.
7 VISIT YOUR PHYSICIANS FOR REGULAR CHECK UP-You must regularly consult your doctors or physicians if you noticed any form of health hazards.this will make the doctors to diagnose and treat you on time before the sickness and disease spread.therefore try and consult your physician for medical check up to avoid sudden death.
8 PRAYERS-If you must lived a successful and long life you must give your self to prayers because life is full of evils,pray for long life and to overcome all forces of darkness that can cut your life short
Therefore prayer is the key to long life and good health.Attend prayer meetings and pray along with your members and you will be surprise that all your troubles and calamities will be gone forever.
Do you know that some sickness do not need medical attention but only spiritual and prayer can solve it,therefore commit it to God in prayer and you will overcome.
